We don’t ask for explicit consent, we are either casting through a casting platform where actors have provided this info to the platform, or in rare cases it might be a social media callout where we have specified eg age, race and the actor has chosen to apply. So I wonder if it’s ok to leave ‘and only with your explicit consent’ off.
